They allso have some interesting Cylinders going on, as well as their carbon pipe.

That P.V. should be in a different cylinder because it doesn't mate with the strange exhaust contour IMO.

The mini scupper next to the exhaust outlet is kind a neat and that exhaust system is really a fine piece of artwork too.

Looks like that cylinder with bridged exhaust is a cast one ... are they making those big one 94/95mm pistons in cast ?
Kind of strange that in today's billet precision world someone will do a cast cylinder again...

What is the OD of their sleeve for a piston in 94/95... not far from 98/100 I guess ...
will be interested to see the case, to see what's left of them especially if a stock one is used.

Nice to see some new stuff going on...

Why is there a japanese boat show with a huge freestyle setup like that and not one in the states? This makes me think the waterways overseas are filled with freestyle skis? but I doubt that is true. we have some work to do. At least they still have not mastered Engrish. the dasa sign says "now arrivals" sorry cheap shot, its true i am jealous. lol

Maybe it's because that their is "actual" money to be made with freestyle skis over in Japan. Besides, I think their economy is so much better and people there are willing to pay for the best equipment

Cast can deal with the heat better and in a freestyle boat a big bore cast PV motor is the ticket. The reason you dont see any of them here is because its alot of work to make the first cast cyl and mold then once its done and test they can be fired right out.

There is a cast big bore PV coming to market in the US very soon and once it does you will see how man guys start going that way.
