Freestyle Jazz tank fittings

What is everyone using as pickup fitting into AM tanks? I know CF has a nice setup anyone else?

RRP from thrust or jazz fittings with ss tube or clunk.

Use the metal jazz fitting and weld a ss tube to it, long enough to reach bottom. Xscream was doing it that way for a while.

Just used a very short piece of fuel hose between the inlet and a stock fuel pickup. Was thinking about a clunk but they can get hung up sometimes.

DAG the fittings everyone uses are available here http://www.air-techinc.com/. They are used on ultra light airplane fuel systems, you will need the rubber grommet and the fitting ( FU430 & FU905 ) Drill the tank for the grommet to fit tight, press in the fuel fitting, the fuel fitting expands the rubber grommet and seals it to the tank. As for pickups most guys are welding stainless steel tubes onto the fittings, you will see when you get them that there is a recess on the big end of the barb that will allow a stainless tube to be inserted and welded. I ran mine down to aprox 3-4 inches from the bottom of the tank and used pinch clamps with tygon fuel line for the last 3-4 inches. I am not worried about them moving around because I am also running fuel cell foam which will hold everything in place. Hope this helps!!!! Good luck Kenny
