Good news, Jeff is alive and well but he is slammed w/ work and calls. Norcal if you need him just keep calling the cell# till you get him. I called twice on way to work, twice at lunch and finally got him on 2nd lunch call.
Keep in mind your not ordering from HOT PRODUCTS here, you are ordering from the owner opperator, just saying expect loooooooong azzz delays on responses and shipments. Hopefully he will market some of this stuff thru someone soon and the billet parts and foot holds and stuff will be a shelf item. Till then I guess we struggle.

Dude I have no idea, I got my own issues to deal with there. Bottom line is, buy it and wait or buy it somewhere else for more (assuming you can get it elsewhere which in 2 cases for me I cant):frown: , so I buy it and wait. I wish he would market through Hot Products or someone on the common stuff to reduce my wait time, but who am I to tell him how to run his business. Nice & knowledgeable guy, just too much on his plate.
I would say though, that if you have not dealt with Jeff, it really isn't fair to outwardly judge. If you have and feal its fair then so be it, otherwise IMO its not fair.

I have the same views of other vendors that are popular here on the boards and have burnt people I know personaly. But because I have not dealt with these people, I do not publically voice my opinion of them or thier company's practices as that would be slander IMO. If however the same thing happend to me as happend to them, I would have no problems expressing my feelings outwardly and openly. JUST HOW I :barrel:

no i haven't dealt with him, but i have managed a business before. sure he has everyone by the nutz because you can't get the parts anywhere else. but at some point people are gonna start seaking other alternatives. he means well but just has a piss poor way of managing his customers and business in my opinion
