Jet boat hauling a ski?

Dont roast me, idk jack bout jet boats.

Anyway, saw a jet boat/wake boat, and on the back swim deck he had a stand up ski!
This got the wife started on "we could get a boat for the extended family then and u could still ski!" Discussion. So has any1 done this? What would be involved, i thought tbh it couldnt be done safely but i guess it weighs no more than a few adults. What boat would even be able to? She likes the yamaha AR190 but i dont see the large deck available like this 1 had.

google searching isnt being too helpful but i could be searching wrong for this information.

I have a 16 Scarab 195 HOI that I've but my skis on the swim deck from time to time. It's not as easy as you'd think and definitely not something you're doing also. Also, if you're shopping jet boats Scarab > Yamaha

We throw my ski on the swim platform of my buddies mastercraft x30 all the time at parker going up and down the river. If it was my boat I'd add a couple rachet straps and call it good.

Y scarab over yamaha? Lol i like the yamaha price lil easier to swallow. The 1 we saw had a lil flip down set of poles with sliders and a winch. Looked custom made.
