how come the landing gear can be seen in the house flying and not the ski vid?

This is how I had the camera mounted while flying in the park.
And this is how I had it mounted while at the beach. This way you get a clear view without the landing gear in the way and I also now have the room to run the gopro case in case I dropped it in the ocean lol..
