Just so you know XFT boats come with Jettraction mats installed,so obviously it is available in sheet form.

You can get Gatorgrip by the sheet and it looks very different.
Will you be able to tell the diff between a sheet of HT vs JT w/o the name on it?

Probably not but I think they do have some different patterns and colors

Just for comparison I looked up retail on a Hydroturf mat set for an SXR retail is $104.95 same mat kit from Jettraction is $74.95 if the savings are comparable on sheet goods that would be worth looking at for sure.

You can definitely tell the difference. They seem close in quality. The diamonds of JT are more elongated and the "cut" is a bit more aggressive.

Yes it made me queasy just looking at it,but I don't like monopolies,I am one of those guys who will shop at Kmart instead of Walmart just because I don't want Walmart to be the only game in town.:soapbox:

I'm not sayin I'm not interested. I'm just sayin 25mm with diamond is gonna be hard to beat.

I'm all ears though.

I'm about to place a semi big order.

Well i will have to say so far this thread has gone better than expected, yes I know its jinxed for sure now oh well!:argue:

I would be all over it also. What does XFT use as the side rail extenders? Can you get that from JetTraction? I want some of that stuff to make a XFT wannabee... LOL I personally hate the fact that the only place you can get that stuff is Hydroturf. They can charge what they want and we have no choice but to pay it. Sorta reminds me of the oil companies...

I like options, but honestly, when you look at all the parts on a ski that we all swap out, the cost vs functionability of the Hydroturf is probably one of the best deals out there...... I have had Jetrim, it was nice but got really slick........

what you spend vs what you get is the best bang for the buck when it comes to any mod you may do.

I'm always looking for new products :Banane25:

Side note-
I have Jet Trim molded "turf" on tray of my limited. I like it.
Jet Trim is a great company. There custom chin pads & seat covers are the best in the industry.

seats are good for racing, better wear a wetsuit...... Friend raced his X-4 hull back around 97-98 and did not put on a wetsuit, tore his legs up!

It all depends on what fabric you want them to use. I had them do a med slip on my stxr.
