On my OEM 44's I run 115 High, 120 Low, 95g spring, 1.5 n/s (43 Popoff), 1.5 turns on each screw. That's per Jetmaniac's recommendations.

I guess it's the weight.
.just said 95 g spring... Some people saying should b 80 or lower.... I know plugs look rich and carbon is building on cylinders so I'm sure jets are OK....maybe need to tune more today or try spring change... It's just falling on its face

Now, what needle/seat are you running (2.0, 1.5, etc.)?

What ski and pump/impeller?

What flame arrestors?

Sorry if I missed this information, Just trying to get all the pertinent details out here so that someone can help you.

You probably have a air leak in your motor preform a leak down test if you're not able to hold around 8 psi for at least 10 minutes you need to reseal your motor I'd guess you won't pass the leak down

I just ordered a leak down tester to check my carb pop of spring and seat pressure first..... I'm thinking and hoping it's the wrong spring..... Start there and move forward

A pop off Guage will only check the psi need to open your needle and seat a leak down check is when you plug your intake and exhaust with whatever you want I use plumbing plugs from home Depot then with a pump you pump up pressure in your cases to 8 psi if your motor doesn't hold the 8 psi you'll never be able to tune your carbs it should take you about a hour it's definitely where I would start when was your motor last taken apart?

It would be lean only if the leak was between the intake and carbs any other leak will cause the motor to run rich crank seal base gasket ect good luck hopefully it's a easy fix
