I will have these for sale very soon. I'm waiting for a revised shape to arrive. When it arrives and passes fitment testing, I'll be ordering up the remaining sets. I wanted to post some pics up of my second test run for you guys to check out. I know I posted an original run about a year and a half ago. Time flies, especially when you get distracted with work and other projects!

Well here they are and here's some details:

1/10th in. 6061 Aluminum(Original set was 1/8th, but they looked a little too thick and the additional weight and price wouldn't yield any additional strength)

Hardware is included; S.S. Counter sunk Allen screws, S.S. Nylon insert locking nuts, and S.S. washers.

The pole brace will include 4 Aluminum rivets.

Pricing is:

Nose Brace- $55 plus shipping

Pole Brace- $15 plus shipping

Side Brace Set- $20 plus shipping

Entire set - $80 plus shipping

Please keep in mind shipping will be much cheaper if I can bundle them together.

If you guys are interested in a set or a specific piece, please let me know ahead of time and I can order addition pieces.

Let me know what you think and I'm totally open to any suggestions you guys might have.

It looks like it attaches to the part where the spring contacts. I did the inverse of it and welded a larger paddle onto my spring to spread the load out on the pole - but this will do the same thing I'm guessing. Basically it just keeps the spring from cracking the contact surface on the pole which they seem to do if the spring isn't a wet noodle.

Sorry I haven't been on in ages. Been really busy working on a shop I'm opening amongst other things. The pole brace does exactly what he stated. It prevents the spring from cracking the base of the pole. I'll get some pics of them all installed quick.

I still have sets, $90 shipped when you buy the whole package!

Man, I know I left this thread hanging months ago dudes. I haven't been on the forums but a handful of times due to my work schedule. Anyhow, I wanted to upload the pics of the Braces and also let ya'll know I'm opening my shop, Tsumami Jet Ski, this coming Saturday! You guys are all welcome and I hope to see you there! I got the place to do Fabrication work as well as a variety of other Jet Ski related work including web sales. I have built a nice retail section at the front of the shop with lots of trick goodies! I have Jet-Pilot, Hot Products, WPS, and HydroTurf at the moment, but will be adding more as this is only the beginning.

So this coming Saturday is my first day opening and I'm having a free BBQ and inviting everyone to come hang out and see the place! you should make the braces that go on the sides close to the bulkhead, as well as the small pole braces that attach at the base of the pole on the sides, close to the pole bushings, if you added a pole mounting bracket brace (nose brace) you would have a complete set!! then I would defiantly be interested

How do the pole braces go on? You have pics of all the parts installed or at least the pole braces.
