I haven't run this setup yet so I'm seeking opinions on the jetting. I have a completely stock/original 64X "760" engine (out of a 'raider) and a Factory Pipe "B" mod pipe (the kidney chamber). FPP doesn't offer instructions on this setup... Am I crazy to try stock jetting? Stock hp is 90 and I doubt this pipe will make much more than 90hp. The carbs are OEM dual 44's with the OEM arrestor.

Look on the driveline section under in the sticky carb tuning set ups there is 8 pages of set ups ........ Find the one closes to your set up and use it as a starting point ........ I,m pretty sure a 64 bottom is the same as a 62t bottom so look for a

62t/62t set up with 44'' running bpipe

Here is one to start with but it's a ported motor with v force reeds but will be safer then stock and should be pretty close

Brand = Mikuni
Model = Retail OEM
Size = 44mm
Quantity = 2
Main Jet = 100 H
Pilot Jet = 115 L
Needle/Seat = 2.3
Spring = 80
Pilot screw = adj 7/8 turn out
Main Screw = adj 1 turn out
- - - - - -
Gas Octane = 93
Altitude = a tick above sea level
Main type of riding = flatwater
Would it pass the 10 second WOT test = idk, 10seconds is along time:ugh:
Powerband = low-mid
Motor type/setup = see My Ski LPW ported 760 62t/62t, 180 psi, vforce2, b mod pipe, enhancer, prox FA's

Stock 760 jetting is not far off. Just open the top screws and install 120 pilots. The popoff may need to be lowered a notch.

Thanks guys, it's hard to search this board when I'm only browsing on my phone. I assume my jets are stock since they have probably never been off.

Any guesses on my top speed with an old school Skat 10/18 impeller?
