Anyone running a superbore out there? What prop for 144 or 148 and how heavy is your hull? This will be going in a carbon Superfreak.

While we are at it help me out with carbs and jetting too.

I've been trying to contact Art with no luck.

I have a 861 7 mil from art.
Run a 10/16 144 hooker solas mag.
80 lb vision.
Don't remember the jetting but I run BJ 46 and had to go down on the recommended jetting from Art.

I will search my emails and see what he sent me back last year.

20 something on the pop off is what I had originally and he had set them up when I bought them new.
Reverse jetted BTW

I ran a 144 10/16 hooker in a solas Mag with my carbon Freak. It worked great with a superbore SS 855 that I had Chucky build. I don't remember the jetting...good luck.

I'm hoping to just switch out to 148 and be done with it, but I may go for another 144 prop first. We'll see.

I ran a Jetworks 876 in my fiberglass FootRocket (approx 40 lbs less than SJ) with a solas 144 mag and Art suggested his "A+" impeller which seemed to work well (previously ran a hooker 9/15 but seemed to rev up too fast and leave room on top end) Also ran Novi 48mm carbs (which is larger than what is needed for this motor but they came with it when I bought the package)

JR from Jetworks replied to me finally and said that Art told him Blackjack 46's and a Jetworks 144 "A+" prop are best. My question about a 148 prop went unanswered.

I had the 828 stock stroke a few years ago. I went back through e-mails from Art and I ran 130L 115H with 2.0 needle with 115 spring that was cut down to achieve 26 psi on BJ 46s.

144 Mag pump with "A" prop.
