What washer are you guys running on your jetworks valves for surf.
Next week I am going to try to add one of the extra washers to try to dry the waterbox out some. Right now I am running the Jetworks as they ship it.
WATER SHOULD START TO FLOW AT 2500-3000RPM. THIS IS WHERE ART AT JETWORKS TOLD ME TO SET IT:biggthumpup: .

DO you just keep it on the trailer unhook the water line after the restrictor and rev it up to see where it starts spitting. I assume you would need to hook the tiny tac up to make sure it was working correctly.
I am about to install mine just wanting to know this information also.
I think he is talking about having on the trailer backed into the water. Although I did find it difficult to tune on the trailer. Best way I found was to ride around with the hood off and use clear cooling hoses. No that would not work. The water pressure is created by the pump when you ride, if you put it on a hose the pressure would be whatever the hose is.
You are all making this way too hard you aren't trying to land on the moon just set get water to push a little ball against a spring. Set it go ride, try a new setting go ride until you get a setting you like.
I'm getting confused now. I just bought the pro series but haven't installed it yet because it's still freezing here. Anyway, Is there a much higher risk of burning up the waterbox and exhaust hoses while running the Jetworks valve with a dry pipe ? If so what's the best way to prevent this ?
