Snapped a couple pictures of my ghetto tray scuppers. They're still working well but they leak a little so if I sit around in the water for a few minutes, the first jump might feel crappy since the water hasn't completely cleared yet. I originally had a plastic reduction nozzle that was had a diameter of 82.5mm on the top and bottom and 84mm on the sides. When I got my old metal reduction nozzle bored to 85mm, I realized that the siphon line hit the scupper so I chopped it off. I couldn't really notice a difference between my old nozzle and my new one but it probably wasn't that big of a difference anyway.

Had some major engine damage and while I was trying to fix that I found some hull damage as well. I was trying to figure out why smoke was coming out of the tray and while I was looking for a leak in the exhaust tube, I discovered it wasn't the exhaust tube at all. The left side had some damage as well that I patched up and didn't take a picture of.
Destroyed engine, cracked hull, and after rebuilding the engine isn't running right. I'm thinking it's a sign I need to stop riding for the season but I can't put away a broken ski...

3 inches...and I did it when I did everything else.
