300/440/550 js300 oil/gas coming out of exhaust?

I'm trying to dial in the carb mixture screws and now this gas/oil mixture is starting to come out of the exhaust? Is this normal?

That happened to me once when I first got mine and it smoked real bad to.the person I got it from put oil in the lower unit like filled it full haha,and no its not normal

when the motor fills up with gas like that, the needle and seat in the carb are leaking. either from a bad needle and seat, low pop off pressure or very high pressure in the fuel tank.

Ok I put a new needle and seat in but it seemed like the needle would hang up a little bit. Anything I can do to fix this?

Anything I can do to make sure the pop off pressure is not too low or if there is too much pressure in the tank?
