JS440 701 conversion waterbox issue

[Simple build]

Hello everyone I have a Kawasaki 440 with a Yamaha 701 62t conversion with a B-pipe I have installed everything and the jet ski does turn on but at the moment I been trying for one month to figure out what waterbox I can use as I only have a very small space I tried to use the JS OEM waterbox doesn't fit. I tried to use sea doo 587 waterbox and it doesn't fit can I straight pipe my jet ski I know it will be crazy loud but I'm okay with that but would I risk getting water back to the engine?

Can I use a resonator or would I still risk getting water back to the engine

I'm not sure what to do at the moment if anyone has does this conversion and figure out the right waterbox let me know thanks.

I have a stock superjet water box in mine. However I am using the stock exhaust system. I also had to move to internally filling my fuel tank.

How does the b pipe fit. That ski is going to rip! I can’t wait to get one on mine. What pump are you using?

There is a solution, there is a company somewhere out there remaking the Pjs style resonators that wrap around the tank and install under the tray, that syatem would be reasonably quiet and should fit.

We have reproduced the best dual resonator design for 550sx from PJS and also made it better, we used perforated stainless steel tubing instead of aluminum for sound muffling (no more broken internals) and adjustable stainless steel mounts.

I once had a friend who welds aluminum move the inlet on one of my water boxes. That could be an option.

I see my inlet are in the spot that I want but the size of the waterbox is so big

Bad bones were U shaped I have what's left of one in my 300SX, I also had one of the L shaped ones, I believe they were used in the 750SX and made by jetcraft and MMF made resonators also , I have the vee type in the x2 I am building as well as an oval type undrneath the footwell on the right side..

I also am running a custom aluminum fuel tank… don’t remember if it was necessary for clearance or I just wanted to make one??

Pure resonator madness going on here , yes they are mounted behind the engine and then it makes a 90 out of those dual resonator sand dumps into yep you guessed it another resonator under the footwell.
