JS550 tank in a SJ?

Who know what volume a JS550 tank holds? Anyone ever put one in a SJ? Looking to go smaller than OEM (96 SJ).

3.5 gallons. I've seen it done a couple times, but it was a little too wide to use with a ltd. b-pipe. Some heating and shaping would help.

I have one of these also, but there is a small crack in it. I have no idea if it can be fixed. You can also order them brand new from PJS i believe.
