It's really awesome and very powerful!

This summer, the engine did’nt work properly.
It, "did’nt answer correctly" and had very low effect.
I decided to disassemble the engine and was surprised that the cylinder, pistons, crankshaft and stator were bad and completely over ...
I have bought new (used) cylinder and pistons.
I will also buy a new crankshaft, high compression top and stator.
I have begun to remove old paint from engine parts and paint and it looks like new again.

Rhass Product 550 to 750 pump conversion
New crankshaft WSM
Complete Gasket & Seal Kit WSM
Soon I can build the engine!

A little more update here!
I have begun to assemble the engine.
There is not much left to do but small parts are missing ..
I saw that the carburettor is in poor condition, no idea to renovate it so I'll buy another one.
I also have to buy new stator and cdi box.

I've finished the engine!
Now I only miss electronic systems and some small things.
Soon I can put the engine back into the 550!
I'm waiting for a jet pump 750 and a 650sx nozzle to come soon.
I will also order a SBN 44 and new air filters for the engine.

My second thread about Piranha x-2 is paused until autumn.
Now the focus is on the thread of my Yamasaki 550
Time to fix it so it works again!
About 1 year ago I bought a Rhaas adapter for jet pump 750.
A few weeks ago I mounted it while installing a jet pump 750 that I bought.
Now I'm waiting for some parts for carburettor sbn 44.
Now there is not much left.
Soon I can try it out!
Now the focus is on the thread of my Yamasaki 550
Time to fix it so it works again!

I need some tips to find "ground" jetting and setting for SBN 44.
It's hard to find the right one ..
My engine setup:
701 61X, the engine is original
High comp head
Exhaust system Kawa 650.
Both cylinders have 175 psi.
Engine has been newly renovated!
