I have and 750 with a 44mm carb 120 low and 125 high 2.0ns with a black spring . Any suggestions would be greatly appriciated .

What FA and exhaust? Your too lean up top no matter what exhaust you have and your most likely too fat down low. If you have a prok style FA then your N/S and spring are right.

Im pretty sure on my wifes 750 (pro k, sbn44, coffman pipe) it has 120 low. 150 high. We live at 3000 feet.

Prok style flame arrestor bcw 44mm intake with reed stuffers pjs exhaust . We went with 125 pilot and 140 main

so you think I should be a 150 main and what on the pilot ? Also I'm at sea level in florida .

I think your pilot/popoff is rich enough. You must tune the main jet/ top adjuster at full throttle on smooth water if you ever do high speed runs. Single carbs can be unpredictable so always start too rich and lean it to peak power. Its too easy to burn a piston otherwise.
