yeah thats why its stupid. it always flops all over the place and never stays in the latch grommet. plus i just was lazy and didn't feel like turfing it.

Well come to find out the topend I recieve was bored over .5. I'm just going to have it honed, mill the head and be done with it for now. I'll modded it more over the winter. I really want a new prop more than anything.
any updates on the build?

I was away for the last two weeks so just getting back to it now. I am trying to get the motor all back together now. Anyone got a say on the timing. Should I just leave it at the factory setting or should I advance it a bit even with all the other work done to the motor?

you should prolly just throw it away like your stupid intake grate. this 440 might as well be stock its so crappy. plus whats up with that wang on the side of it

Well from what I've read/been told that if you advance it alot your going to have to cut back on running it with the throttle wide open. I think the best thing to ge this the to pop out the water would be a 13* impeller.
