SX/SXi/SXi Pro Kawasaki Rockstar 750 SXI PRO

Hello Guys my name is Jerry I live in Holland so my english isn't that well all the time.
I've got a Kawasaki 750 SXI PRO.

I've got it for about one year and a half.
The first time I went out skiing a buddy of mine crashed it into the side of a lake.
the nose was quite broken but I fixed with in a week but it was ugly.
but I could ride it so it wasn't a problem.

Than my coupler got broken and my impellor wasn't working very well.
So i made myself a coupler in my school.





after i made this I wanted to adjust my whole ski so I wanted to make the nose without the damage. When I was fixing my nose I also wanted to have some footholds. At school I tried to mak myself some footholds.

And they turned out this way :



After this i wanted to get a new handlepole. But i'm a student and i dont have to much money.
So i wanted to make myself a nice looking Handlepole.
I could get the aluminum for free so I first made some 3d files on my computer.
When I was satisfied i programmed the cnc mill and i had to wait for a while.

Now its almost finished I only need the upper part but i need to think how i'm going to make it. A few pictures :


In a couple a days there will be update I think..

You may want to round the footholds. Your ankle will get sore with the 90 degree edge. Add a radius to it and you should be fine. Check out pictures on here of others and you will see what I mean.

I'm going to make a thread inside so I can put a hoisting eye in it so I can tow a tube or a wakeboard.
I just wanna try if it's possible.

for the people who dont know what a hoisting eye is :


I've ordered some paint.
Hopefully my dad takes it home today.

Package arrived..



The ski is going to be black with a few yellow stripes and the underside is going to be white.
My decals are going to be from rockstar.



The one in the left upper corner there will be 3/4 on the ski.
The stars in the right will be over the whole ski.
And the Double R will also be covered over the whole ski.

I hope it's gonna look like this :

This way my foot doesnt get sore.. got me some small feet.
and I dont think I will use the footholds very often but they look cool.
