650/X-2 Kawasaki x2 over heating

Does your manifold to headpipe gasket have water holes in it? Or just the exhaust holes?

Shouldnt have water holes. Open up your high to 3 turns its aboutthe max if that doesnt help you need to pressure test your motor

He can't have that exact cooling because he has a line into and out of the front of his head pipe. If he doesn't have one on the back then the pipe is not getting sufficient cooling. If he does have a line off the back of the head pipe, then the extra one on the front is probably robbing the cooling. If the pipe is overheating, it's going to make the engine hot too.

He said it was the same except for the dual cooling. Not sure tho the pic was only of the front of the headpipe.
