kawi 951 swap information

Im planning on swapping to a 951 over the winter, I figured if it works in the SXR why not my SX? I have a ton of un-answered questions and Im sure there are others out there contemplating doing this one too. maybe we can get some help here from someone who has done it already and make this an informational thread. before we get started on the weight thing- it seems a fully assembled kawi motor with an aftermarket pipe, carbs, flywheel, stator, starter, and bedplate weighs close to 98lbs. can anyone give the weight of the 951 without the stock pipe?

my first question is about the coupler and drive shaft, what do I have to use?

Does anyone sell the rear engine mount to fit the kawi? I saw pics of one and it looks pretty simple.

what prop is best in the kawi 140mm pump

looking at the stock pipe, it looks as if you can mount the second half facing forward so you can run a waterbox up front if you run a little gas tank?

How big of a nightmare is the wiring?
