Kawi engine in Yamaha hull

So I know this is probably some sacrilege to most of you on here. But I got a screaming deal on kawi based dasa and I want to put it in my Yamaha based hull.

I was thinking of running OEM Yamaha bed plates, then just making a flat plates to bolt them together and then rest the kawi engine on the plates and add spacers as needed.

Now my question is, does anyone have a easier way to do this? Or if this is the best way, how thick of a alum alloy plate would I need in order to prevent cracking or what not? Or you can also say I’m out of my mind and should just quit now.

Thank u!!

Stock engine mounds i used the stock sxr bed plate...the krash has aluminium motormounts plate mounted in the hull so u can line it out and drill new holes they are way of on the startmotor side so u have to make something like that like al am hulls do.
If i can help let me know!

Greetz

My hull actually used stubby little gen 1 4tec sea-doo mount. And as you can see from this picture they are also raised on this little stand thing. I think the only realistic chance is with the raddudes.
