650/X-2 Keihin CDKII with Mod? I'm not familiar with

Got a CDKII carb off ebay... Found out it was actually being sold on here as well... so...

Stredman doesn't know much about it...

My question is...

In the last pic on the upper left hand side there's a little brass inlet. On any other Keihin I have this is usually where the rod that opens/closes the choke is.

I'm guessing it's been removed and replaced with this little brass inlet for oil injection or a fuel pump. Is that the correct assumption?

Also

If I'm putting this on one of my 650's is there anything else I should know / watch out for? It sounds like it will need to be re-tuned for a 650 which is no big deal. But I've seen some people talk about replacing the needles, small parts, etc... Is that necessary?

looks like the inlet line for a primer. im assuming the choke plate is gone too?

You know that is on a 750 manifold, right? That manifold won't work on your 650.

You are correct, the plate is gone. The one side has the inlet, the other just looks like a brass plug.

I do indeed, I if anyone needs a 750 mani let me know. I have no use for it as of now.
