well it looks like September is the winner so far
so here are some of the other activities that will be going on during the month for ya
on the 5-7 is a Arts and Crafts Festival (for all you old folks
on the weekend of the 12th is the Marshall County Family Day (family games and such)
18-20 is a Antique Gas & Steam Engine Show (probably some antique ski's to see)
and on the 24th threw the 26th there is the Paduchah's Barbecue on the River and on the 25th threw the 26th is the 7th Annual KY Lake Bluegrass Festival

in August they have
july31st-Augst1st is Camper Appreciation Weekend (which is 2 nights for the price of 1)
and then
the 1st is a Watermelon Bust (whatever that is, aahhh watermelon feast)
the 8th is a Emancipation Celebration
27th-29th is of course the Blues Festival
the 28th-30th is Eddyville Founders Day Celebration (parade and activities)
29-31 is the Kenlake Labor Day Celebration (live bands and cookout)
