I need to re-up for this season. Bought four gallons last year and only have about a quarter gallon left.

Pretty sad for me though. I usually go through 7-8 gallons of oil a year. We had bad waves and I didn't ride all that much.

It seems like most run R-50. From what I hear it doesn't have the rust and corrosion inhibiters that skicraft does. Most important to blow out the engine really well and fog after a ride.

when i pulled my motor apart at the end of the season it was super clean, no rust....motor was not always blown out and it was never fogged.....so....

I ran Super TechniPlate all last year. Kind of a mix between R-50 and BeNOL
Dont use KL-100 or KL-200 in wartecraft. They are glycol based and mainly for methanol use. The problem is lack of corrosion protection. Castor tends to not mix so well with gas and leaves a bigger mess but many people love it. Maxima castor 927 has some ester in it that makes it mix much better with gasoline.
