average boats 50+ feet, wake 3-6 feet if guessing, may be bigger. people on the boats are cheering at us, having fun before the game.

Up here in the Pacific Northwest I've been going after ocean going freighter wakes this season.

If a ship is 800 feet long moving at 11MPH it can't help put out a nice wall of water. Along with being huge they are nice and thick. Makes for a nice vertical wall of water to climb. A nice load of cars inside doesn't do too bad either.
