Krash 701 Conversion Question

What parts are needed to convert a stock KV 997 powered Krash (Reaper / Predator) to a basic B-Piped 701? Is it as simple as bed plates and coupler / can you use the Krash pump?

Curious how costly it is if anyone tracked it (minus engine and pipe)
 
Depending on the hull, you should be able to get away with modifying the stock plates I'm not sure what is necessary. The krash pump will be fine but you'll want to swap out the impeller for a lower pitch. Something like a 6/12-7/14. They are 5mm setback.

Is all that is needed plates?
 
You will need your bed plates re drilled or replaced and drilled to accept the the Yamaha motor mounts. You will also need Yamaha style motor mounts and hardware. You will have to mount your e box to the rear firewall also, I used a box mount from a Wetjet Kraze to do mine. A b pipe will hook right up to the existing water box . I used a Yamaha pump and mid shaft in my ski so I’m not sure what to do about the Krash mid shaft, maybe some other members can chime in on that.

Thanks!! Approximately how much did it cost for all the above? Also, any idea if I need to relocate the same for a reaper?
 
It’s about $3500 for the LPW long block last time I checked then around $600 for the bed plate work and long block installation. Paul at LPW did this part for me and then I built the rest of the ski myself. I bought the hull brand new with no motor or pump and the bed plates came with it un drilled for any motor.
