Well, the Krash decals are fully covered in clear coat, under them is paint, whatever the base color of your top deck is. In your case I believe it's black

I can not say if they are all like my jb1. But, my jb hood was a full wrap and was only primer under the graphics. Rest of the hull had the base color paint like franny said.
