Krash handle pole question

Location
Illinois
Hey I just got through my first tank of fuel on a 50 cal. Love this boat!!! So I saw a video of some guy tightening his handle pole up. Since there is no spring I thought it makes sense to do that.
I've been riding mine that way but getting serious arm fatigue. Anyone have experience with skis that have these types of handle poles? I see many of aftermarket poles that are similar.

There should be a spring. Its still a monster heavy pole. the spring mounts in the middle on a standing tab with the opposing side set in the pole's end-cap.

Thanks I'll check it out. I would like it if it would tighten way up and pretty much stay in a position until I move it.

Yeah I found the springs. They aren't too strong or the pole is super heavy. I'm gonna try it loose. I'm sure that will be better.

I loosened it up and all I have to say is why would anyone want it tight? I'm glad I did it because now I know I will never need to try that again.

Its like ice cream. I like it loose and zero grav. But alot of people like it tight for a few reasons including plain preference and no handed tricks. If the pole goes all over on its own its a bitch to find it and grab on before you eat surf. lol

I am not saying one way is the right way, I'm just saying it's cool we got options. :D
