Krash RTR shipped

Did you take a video of it running yet?!
Lol no, I will this afternoon for you. I've started it twice just to listen to it. Kind of a private experience at the moment lol.

Been busy one of my SuperJets just another winter project. Defoam/beerpong, oneway valve, mag pump blowsion trim, RRP Ninja adjustable footholds. Glassed back together yesterday.

Not trying to derail this thread going to make a different thread for that project once it's complete.

Check all your bolts. Friend of mine got his a few days ago and found some loose. Carb bolts, flywheel cover, head pipe. Also under the carb covers, one was stripped.

Checking for loose bolts is always good preventative maintenance and is recommended in most atv/utv/pwc manuals.

I found no loose bolts on mine, I will check again after the first 3 hours of break-in. And then again after each hard day of riding... It's just a good habbit to get into.

Only thing I did to mine was tighten up the trim cable.

It's always hard to get info second hand but I'm wondering if it's at all possible "your buddy" over tightened one of the carb bolts? They are just a little 4mm allen screw easily over tightend if you aren't careful.

I love the liquifire in the background. I'm hoping to pick one up soon. I currently have a '79 Spitfire that was mint...until a friend's girlfriend rear ended it and wrecked my seat 2 months ago. I sold my '74 JD400 this winter.

Lol good eye. When I'm not wrenching on a ski I'm resto-modding liquifires.

Ahhh yes. Awesome! Same with our group, jet ski and vintage sled. A couple of them have plastic skis and one xtra 8 swap on an Invader.

Back to Krashes now... I got mine registered today. I'll be riding again soon, need to add onto my hour of run time in Florida. Ice on lakes is melting. Just waiting for a warm day to hit the river which is heated by a power plant.

Sweet! I do plastic skis, Gas Shocks, xtra-10, comet 108EXPs as a base line and tweak from there.

Did you get yours titled? Mines titles and registered too... No power plants around to warm any water.

Put my registration up the pole. Fit just right.
