Hood seal, brap strap, bracket, hood hooks, and pole breathers are all installed. Graphics and registration numbers are on as well. Waiting on the turf and tubbies and the hull will be just about finished.

Been really busy with work but making progress slowly but surely. Motor's ready to go. Nothing crazy. Just a ported 61X cylinder with a fresh bore and pistons, 62T cases, Ada head w/ 37cc domes, lightened flywheel.

Chuck had to take a little off the top of the cylinder to clean it up. I don't do much WOT but I do like to grab it from time to time. I'm hoping this will be right around 180-185 psi.

Little progress. Bilges are mounted, KP pole is mounted with x-metal bracket and pinch bolts, air box clearanced for the head bolt.

Any ideas on this one?? Broke the cooling fitting off in the manifold. The brass is too soft to grab it with some vice grips.

Step up your drill bits in very very slow increments until the brass gets stuck to the drill bit. Then disconnect the drill from
The bit and back it out with a pair of vice grips on the bit.
