After being lied to for three months and still dont have all my parts i am feed up. He said he would give me my money back so i said ok send me my money and i will send the parts back. He will not respond to my texts. The pole was slapped together, not drilled for my umi like he stated, the steering cable holder is not drilled big enough for the bolt to go through, the bracket holes do not line up to bolt to the hull, it was supose to be drilled for two breather hoses and was not, the bracket was not drilled large enough for the pole bolt, and the chin pad was drilled off center so that it does not sit straight on he pole. He has lied since day one he told me for over a month that it was lost in the mail when in fact he never mailed it. He has had my money since nov 26 and i still dont have all my parts and all the edges are sharp and the welds are not ground down. At this point i just want my money back so i can get another pole and bracket. I forgot no bushings either. To top it off he is mad because i finally called him on all his lies pole was suppose to be mailed on nov 27 and was not mailed until jan 8. I told him to send my money back and as soon as the check clears i will send all the parts back, now he refuses to respond to me.

i have all the text messages, pm's, and photos to back up every thing i have stated above.

Correct bracket for dual breathers sent along with a check for refund expected delivery thurs. his decision on if he wants the refund and ships everything back or if he keeps the pole and sends check back

i will be keeping the pole. bill is sending the chin pand and extra breather tube out on monday. i will post after every thing arrives.

new update

three months of riding and my pole is broke. after removing to get repaired I noticed all the welds are barely holding. you can see between the pieces and can tell they barely got tacked on one side. I am lucky it only broke in one place and not multiple places. I will be posting up pics later. I am going to have to get all the seams rewelded so they do not break. he offered to have me send it back to him and he would send me another pole after he gets mine back. I really don't trust him as he lied for months originally about my pole to begin with. I asked him to refund me the money it would take to fix, he said he could not do that. but I can't send my pole back to him and have to wait till next summer to get another one from him, if I would get it at all. I just want every one to know to make sure, when you receive your pole from him, that the welds are solid and not just barely tacked. this will cost me some money, but I will still have my pole and not wondering if I will ever get my pole back. I will let the pics show how bad the welding is on my pole.

Like I said back in feb too you. Nothing I do will make your satisfied. For 2 days you sent me ignorant msgs cussing at me telling me I can't weld and everything else.their was a time when you had a full refund and the pole in your hand. You could have taken one or the other. Obviously the pole was good enough to keep at that time. Now your asking me to pay someone else to not only fix the 1 crack but weld the entire pole because somehow you can seen penetration in the .063 tubing but you can it the .250 plate which I'm not sure how you could determine that anyway. But that's like I said buying a car from a dealer offering free inspections on the car and you taking it someplace else to be inspected then asking the dealer you bought it from to pay for it. Had you approached me in a different manor I would have went above and beyond to take care of you.

I kept the pole because I had to have one and I passed up on several others. I had to have my build ready and after waiting several months you offered a refund after you sent the pole. you never offered a refund until I posted the neg thread on you. you are the one that said it was lost in the mail for three or four months and I was working with you. then you sent me a bracket that was not drilled and was too narrow to put bolts through the hull. the pics above show your workmanship on my pole. now you want me to send it back where you will lose it again in the mail for several months. you lied in November saying it was lost and the pole arrived in jan and the only date on the box was jan 8th. you should have offered me my money back instead of lying for months. the check you sent was no good any way. I had my bank check it and they said the funds where not available. so I would have mailed the pole back and still been out my money and had a bad check to deal with. you told me to mail it back and when you receive it you would mail another one out because that is how xmetal and rrp do it. you are not a real company and have only bad business sense, you cannot compare yourself to any good company. the welder i took my pole to said i am lucky it lasted three months and he is the one that said he would need to reweld all of the welds except the tubes.

in pic fourth pic you can see where the weld is barely tacked. I just don't want any one to buy one and they get hurt due to the welds breaking. I don't barrel roll or back flip. mine broke just jumping waves. with these welds they are not made for hard riders.
