Lack of power on 62t superjet

i have a 62t superjet which was going perfectly, until one of my stator bolts came out and destroyed the flywheel and stator.

the flywheel and stator that was in there was from a 6m6

i have replaced the flywheel and stator with 62t ones, and i have a feeling my problem could be caused by the stator ive installed.

the stator i installed had some of the windings look like they have been kind of crushed.

the ski starts up fine, and revs fine.

when i put it in the water / under load there is virtually no power, and it actually struggles to bring the revs up.

have i just installed a dud stator? or is there something else unrelated i should be checking.


also if anyone has a 62t stator and or a 6m6 flywheel they want to sell, let me know

I have had a stator act the same way. I tryed my spare e-box to make sure that it was not something else before I replaced the stator no change. Installed new stator then it was fine.

sound like somebody put a flywheel puller on it and screwed the bolts in 2 far and crushed the windings i learned that the hard way lol
