I just had knee surgery and have seriously ridden four times this year so I'm just not in any shape for it. The other guys coming are either brand new to standups or 100% surf snobs :splatt: We'll still hang though! :friday: Which ski were you riding last year?

There's gonna be 3 or 4 of us up there at least all day Sat. I'll be there with my superjet and blaster 1 and my buddies 96 XP.

I just heard Andrew's got the permit to do the double-up but doesn't have any boats. Anyone got any leads on wakeboard boats or cruisers? If not, we'll need to work on recruiting some Saturday morning!

Hey guys, I will be out at Lake Anna for the race. :woot:

I already registered for the Sunday race, (Sport Mod class), and will register for Sat if I can get down there on time to do so.

Looking forward to seeing all the other blaster riders! :Banane01:

Man I had a blast this year! Thank all yall so much for talking me into competing and giving me enough material to fill 2min even though it was all a blur :1244: Hanging out with Dave and the PA crew made the trip even better this year. How'd everyone do Sunday??

Traffic was horrible getting home. 2.5hrs to get up there and almost 6 to get home. We missed half of Matisyahu but still caught 311 :djsmilie:

I am so happy that everyone had a great time. I remember telling AJ back in FEB that everyone would be saying this after the weekend. I talked to him about starting earlier next year and having this race in end of May because the water is so warm then. I have to give it to him he has big plans for all the racers next year. He is really going to try and put Region 8 back on the map. The awards are going to get better, the sites nicer, and it will be more like a tour stop with tons of venders. When he announced that he had to let some things go to make the races bigger then he means he is going to do it. When he sets his mind to do something he does it! I think we all were worried about this race not happing, but he never said he wasn't. He also was away for a week so he had no way to let us know about this race. But he came thru! To the double up boys Im still trying to figure out were that 2nd boat went to. Im glad everyone is happy cuz my butt is hurting bad! Car crash Fri at 3pm got out of the ER at 7pm worked on the boat till 1am, raced 4 classes Sat 62 laps and a FEW IN Supercourse, Sun 70 laps and I was out after that! Big thanks to Mitch, Chris Johnson, and Joe Johnson for pushing me on the track.

Now im going to go sleep:bigeyes:

I still can't believe you came out to the races after having your boat spewed about Rt. 95 and totalling your truck the night before. That's detication bro. My hat's off to ya.
Definately Big props to AJ for putting this race together. Some of you guys have no idea the BS he goes through to put on these races.
You couldn't have asked for better weather all weekend, or a better race site. The owner of the Marina told me he was looking forward to having us back next year. It was an awsome weekend. Pic's will be up this evening later at www.reelactionphotography.com
