When you open the vid link, and cannot play with your mobile, you have to go on the left down side, and clic on the PC button , afterthat you should see the vid...
I do that right now with my Ipad, i m in Los Angeles down town , on the top of self parking, with wifi ( without key) from wholesale shop in fashion district ...... Waiting my wife hahahahaha
