i will post more pic's as time goes on, and drive around the sw region.

How completely insane is that bridge project next to the hoover damn! I saw them working on it 2 years ago and doesnt look like they get very far...lol

They lost almost a full year when the first cranes they set up were destroyed in a wind storm. All the bridges and roadways for the appraoches on each side are complete, with the exception of the tie in points. Boulder City is not looking forward to the 2500 trucks a day that the bypass will bring thru their city, the road is not really set up for that much truck traffic.

It looks like the raodway is going to be 6-700 feet above the top of the dam, maybe more, so that would put it at around 1500 feet or more above the colorado

ok, but there are what they call summer storms here in las vegas that kick butt when it comes to quick hard rain and rain puddle's.

this was down the street from the men's warehouse on maryland parkway and sahara.
