so went home on leave the past 2 weeks and literally about a day before i had to leave top come back to nc, i managed to pick up a 750sx with a west-coast pipe (although i believe its a 440/550 pipe due to some google research [http://www.ebay.com/itm/Kawasaki-44...t-Pipe-Jetski-Jet-ski-Westcoast-/252580569026] which now that i think about it not even sure if it was a 750 under the hood lol was in such a rush to purchase just for the hull i dint really look to well) and a trailer big enough to fit it and my FR for only $300!
The ski has good comp. on both cylinders and the only thing keeping from it running was a bad exhaust hose (so scored a back up engine seeing as my brother just finished getting his 750bigpin bored out to a 783 that will now be getting slapped into this hull over the 650sx hull) other than that the hull itself is in good condition besides a layer of concrete dust from where it was stored, nothing a good pressure washing couldn't fix.
As far as the trailer, it was a single couch trailer with a wooden deck built onto it wide enough for 2 stand ups that just needs a new wheel hub that we will probably take and scrap the wooden deck and build something outta stainless/ galvanized aluminum to take the weight down. overall i think it was a decent steal for a spur of the moment kinda buy.
Shes gonna end up being my brothers (@650KawasakiRider) main ski and most likely his Christmas gift. hmm now what to name her???
how we transported the trailer and ski due to the bad wheel bearing. note the protective layer of concrete dust from the ski setting for 5 years.
Post pressure washing picture, we forgot to take pictures of the engine bay and during the tear down of the ski to prep it for its new insides.
