Was planning a trip for the weekend to Laughlin, NV(70 miles up river from
Havasu) in a couple weeks and was looking around to see what kind of nightly entertainment was going on and found this at the visitlaughlin.com site. Its Malone "back in they day" on a SJ.

Thought it was cool to see that...

I think in the past they used jetskiing pics on their tourism site.

makes me believe they are cashing in on the Mead/Mohave/etc ban, lol. Saying, "come visit us, we like jet skis."

The words nightlife and Laughlin...don't belong in the same sentence. Went up there a couple years ago for a buddy's bachelor party we were on the river most of the day, cleaned up, ate dinner, got bored and jumped in the bus and went to Vegas. Made it back about 8am the next day and chilled by the pool the rest of the next day. Haha!

love it lol ..... laughlins for snow birds that want to play some keno and slots then they hand me some cash to valet there cars... cha ching!

Factory928 is valet hiring? haha. I live in Vegas but am moving to Bullhead in May and could work part time right now..only reason I am up here is for UNLV. Which casino do you valet at bro?

Boy, you got that right. I've never been there except for driving though a bunch times for my work.. We stayed at the Aquarius(very nice) and i won a little money at least. I'll stick with going to Vegas from now on. Its definitely worth the extra miles.

There is no ban on the CO river at Laughlin. It starts above Laughlin at Davis Dam and goes upstream through Lake Mohave, Lake Mead, and Lake Powell. The 2 stroke ban is only in the US National Parks areas only. Wide open for 2 strokes all the way to Mexico.
