I go to laughlin and ride at least once a month I launch out of big bend state park. Nice launch ramp not in the current of the river really nice sandy beaches to hang out on. There is a little night life during summer time if you know where to go. I've never had a bad laughlin trip unless all my skis broke and I have been riding there for about 6 years.
