Does that go on the inside or actually replace a scupper its hard to tell from the pics

it looks like you slide it inside of your already existing 2" scupper tubing. I'd assume you remove your scupper, slide that in, and then put the scupper back on, or either you could slide it into your plumbing on the inside of the hull

ou take your scupper off, slide it in the tube then turn out the little set screws to lock it into place..done
no need to reinstall old scupper

pretty cool idea, and by the looks of it you just replace the scupper completely with this as it needs the water pressure to keep it closed.
