No disrespect intended but his barrel roll doesnt look like a barrel roll and his 360 doesnt look like a 360 but his barrel roll and 360 look almost indistinguishable. But he is the champ so who am I to judge.

Instructional with a sprinkle of showoff. lol. With that said, seeing him perform is another level. Watched Lee at WF 2014 when he did the first ever heel clicker backflip. Jaw dropping. Props to Lee for stepping up the game of freestyle jetski. Lee is a whole diffrent level than other riders.

Seems like a barrel roll is where the rear end rotates higher than the front of the ski and a spin the bottom of the boat is parallel to the water.

This to me is a barrel roll. What Mr Stone is doing is different and should have its own name.

There was a previous discussion thread about the difference between flat water and surf barrel rolls. Something to do with the way freestyle hulls are built now makes that tail flail a barrel roll now.

I think Lee is standing upright and not tucking up his legs to tighten up the spin. I think he gets so much height that he stays open to slow the rotation.
