Going rich when you turn left can possibly be caused by these two things;
#1 (and usually) The high speed jetting is slightly too rich, and the "G force" pushes more fuel into the cylinder and pulls down the Rpm & throttle response. When you turn right; the fuel rushes away from the main jet.
#2 This doesnt happen often, but the small plastic "flapper valve" (under the jet cover & held on with a phillips screw) is weak, and this allows fuel to pash past into the main jet circuit.
#3 If you want to make things even better; Call Tim at Novi and order some "high entry" jet blocks. But this might require some re-jetting.
I'm not saying this is your problem as I'm not there, but I have seen this symptom occur quite often. Try turning in the hi-speed screw a 1/4 turn and see if the throttle response is better, that will help you determine if it's a fuel problem.
