Freestyle Lenzi Makeover with some Fast Elements help!

Hey guys this is my first major build let me know what you think. I got a lot of help from my brother, patch motors, and got a ton of parts from fast elements. Just wanted to thank them for all the parts and help they gave me. The ski is basically done all im doing now is adjusting some small things to fine tune it. I got a ton of pics i will post the best ones i can find, if anyone has any questions feel free to ask, i got a lot of pics so i will try to sort through the best ones.

Aaron, glad everything worked out well for you. The ski really came together nice. Harrison it is an older Lenzi Carbon Flatwater Hull.

The first thing was to cut the whole tray. I could tell by the weight there was water in it and that it wasnt gonna be pretty.

This is a 2003 aftermarket lightweight Lenzi hull.

hahahaha very funny, ya that was my little helper for the whole build, I told him if he helped with the ski he can ride it when its done, his reply was i dont wanna ride it, i just like working:thinking:

cut the back apart took 2 inches off the rear

Yes, i would have to agree with you on that one. It looked like alot of it was dissovled by gas, because alot of it was thick and pink stuff. The hull was cut open before so i would think who ever did it before me just didnt do it right.:slap:

LOL. Ya thats true, this will hopefully be the boat i learn to roll on, so i did a little better job then what it was!

The next step i did was fiberglass the rear. All i did was duck tape the rear and layed the fiberglass from the inside. i put a couple thick layers down with seemed to contour to the hull nicely.
