picked up a little project....

kdx 200..its pretty dialed...protapers, scotts steering dampner, fmf pipe suspension was re valved...this bike has actually raced the baja 500 a couple times...came with literally two of every spare oem seal, bearing and any part that can wear pretty much

gonna go through the whole thing...should be fun on some of the single track stuff around here..i havent ridden in almost 5years and my last two stroke was an 80 so it might be interesting the first few rides..

best part was i traded it strait up for a shifter kart chassis that has been sitting sense 05...

the kart was probably worth a little more but i think they would be super hard to sell right now..

got her dialed in....thing rips

tested it out in the yard...there is about an 8 foot embankment with 2 feet of vert on the top with a bike length run up...just blip the throttle and it tractors right up it...cant wait to get it out here

Nice.

My friend used to have a '91 (I think) with the white plastics and baby blue/pink seat, I loved that thing. KDX 200/220s are one of my all-time favorite bikes, excellent for beginners but still fun for fast guys, and they respond well to aftermarket exhaust/suspension.

heading home after some afterwork fun yesterday...riding at 3200 feet 6miles from the ocean is pretty cool..the views are incredible

having so much fun on this bike....ive never had a moto i was so comfortable on...the thing rails turns...the stuff im riding is super loose shale and rock over hardpack with some solid rock mixed in, double and singletrack with lots of steep stuff...this bike is so planted in the corners...crank down the steering dampner and you can just plow through stuff..riding a 2stroke is so much more fun...it dosnt have too much power but you can literally ride it wide open..

my last bike was a CRF250 that was completely built..the previous owner had close to 10gs of mods on it...i never really clicked with that bike and got burnt on riding and stopped for years..
its amazing a nearly 20 year old bike you can pick up for 800$ has got me stoked on riding again...anybody that wants to get into offroad or woods riding should pick one up...so stoked on this bike

makes me wish i didnt spend so much time and money on 4strokes for all those years...
