When you guys are turfing the bumper rails along the outside are you just laying the turf up there and cutting it. Or do you heat it up and stretch it a little bit first?

I cut mine about 1/2 inch taller than the rail then glued it on there. Heating and stretching is always a good idea. The nose seems like it would be hard but it just kind of forms to it with the heat. Lol

After the glue dries then trim it nicely.

Disconnect the water line that feeds it and then turf over it.

Foot holds are bitchin. Are they part of the Viper hull, or are they a custom addition by you?

Those are actually Brawler holds. I think they could be easily incorporated into any B1. I was looking for something with a bit of a better hold than the straps as I have suffered a few injuries that could have been avoided if my feet were locked in when I needed them to be.

I had to make some adjustments to how the turf sat as the holds were a little high on the outer edges, so I built it up with turf and they are working very well! I just need to get used to having something fixed in the tray, landed with my foot on them once and it left some decent bruising.

Here is mine. There are a couple flaws, but it turned out pretty decent I think. I built up and filled in the rear end with 1/2 inch hydroturf padding and countoured it with a belt sander before I turfed. It's nice and cushy!
