lets see some pics of your rides..

yeah i'll be at motorama on sat to watch, the fumes get crazy in that place, especially around the karts.

BTW props on the riding skills dude!

yeah the fumes are TERRIBLE there, plus the entry fee is something outta control for what the track is. i am probably going saturday also...

dude, it takes 12times the skill and balls to do what you do on a bike.. you'll pick this stuff up in no time. i guarantee it!! you just need a superjet.

you know i got love for ya, but ditch that kawi. thats like pulling up to the track with a bike with turn signals and a license plate! :jester: :poke: :Banane37: :Banane35: :grouphug: :nana: :stooges: :usa2: :sgrin:

i would like to get one but the shop who sponsors me wouldnt allow me to ride blue, i have known them along time and they help me out a TON. but, maybe i could get one and put kawi stickers on it..........

I have to agree with you on the need for a nice 350-400cc 4-stroke. I miss how the yz400fs ran!

exactly.. it's always the guys on their 2strokes who ride around the track in 2nd gear who claim they eat 4strokes for breakfast!

all the pro's ride 4strokes, but what do they know? we all know theyre just full of it! it's all a marketing ploy!! <insert all the other conspiracy/hater theories here>

true, but ask any of the pros which bike they ENJOYED racing more. ive heard several interviews with mechanics and riders who say the racing is more intense on 2 strokes. i really hate the 4 suckers are so dominant but oh well. BTW i will take any of u guys on on my 125 or 250. :cool2:

yea i just gotta wait till all this snow melts...

Riding in the snow is a blast! I haven't gotten the chance to do that in about 4 or 5 years! I especially like getting out on a good frozen lake with just regular knobs. Get both feet on the ground and start gassin. That is fun as can be doin 35-40 mph across the ice slidin sideways and backwards! :woot:

snow ridin is sick! We have about 6 inches of snow with a 3 inch coating of ice on top. 45 mph 360's on the quad are crazy fun. It is so much fun to be able to ride anywhere and not even make tracks!

Many of St. L crew ride mx in the winter, this is my 99kx 250, since the pic. I installed 2 new maxiss and wiseco piston. Now just wainting for the temp to get out of the teens and the snow to melt. Also "Bubba" at the Edwards dome, St. Louis '06 supercross, the stadium is always a sell out, I took this during morning practice.

I see that purple spring! get rid of that stock suspension! I had a 99 KX250, and I sent my stuff off to race tech ... I got a revalve and some new eibach springs and it was a unreal what a difference it made over the stock stuff!! That bike is long gone, but it was a great bike after I had the suspension redone. the FMF fatty was a great pipe on that bike also. The only problem I ever had with it was cracking the frame!

Yes I hear ya yz250fpilot. Even though this is my 7th dirt bike and Ive been on the street for 23 yrs. I'm no good! I do like tuning my suspention but if I had this bike mastered, that coil would be on the upgrade list. Not to deny the RC fans. Lou
