7 miles north of the house, the sharks and surf are big at seaside gulch beach

My all time favorite spot not only to ride but just to hangout. Blythe Ca just north of the bridge for the I-10.
Big fun reed run basically only accessible by stand ups and kayaks
I wish I had video of riding around in there but this is basically a mapped out google maps image of where it’s at. It’s south of the 1-10 bridge on the Blythe section of the river there. Sweet ride for sure
Slightly some light wheeling required to access but free dry camping and awesome privacy if your vehicle is capable
Huge group I took out to camp at the spot. Literally a great place to ride and just hangout.
Different days and times of the year the water is at different levels. Pretty crazy seeing the water super low to the point you feel you can walk across. Makes it fun for unloading the skis a few feet into the river haha
Wouldn’t necessarily reccomend leaving skis on the beach but all the skis were still there in the morning. That’s looking off into erhenburg and the lights would be the pilot gas station just as you cross the border into AZ from CA.

Great spot. I often will spend the weekend riding just up river of that spot at the Twin Palms Campground.
