they seem to run big (Hellium). Its definately not the quality of a Slippery Switch vest but it will be a good extra vest and for the price I wont complain. They run bigger than slippery or Jetpilot though. Keep that in mind when ordering.

Well I don't know about big or small but I got the gray cascade vest. I'm 6' and 165 lbs and my chest size is 37". I got the medium (36"-38") and it litterally fits like a glove. I thinking the shoulder may be a little close to my neck but I'm used to a paddling vest with straps so anything seems big compared to that. I haven't gotten in the water with it yet though so see if it expands some when wet.

I wish I had read the whole thread before ordering, lol. I went there and saw there size charts, so I ordered a large. Then I saw the Helium size chart post, cancelled my order and reordered in XL. Then I read that they actually seem to run large. I just emailed them asking to go Large again. lol

Well I don't know about running large. Mine was spot on and it looks like two people who are around 5'11" - 6' tall and 185-190lbs are happy with their larges.

Yea im 6'4 and 185lbs so on the skinny side. Large was to big. Lots of space in the tummy area.... SO hoping my med fits...

sizes run big

make sure you check the helium specs dont go off the other ones listed.
i got a xl and its way to big.
i had to go and reorder.

i just got mine today. think looks pimp!!! and it fit right some what loose but nothing a little adjustment cant fix...plus it feels wierd coming from traditional life jackets.

I got my other one today. And it fits alright. I like a sung fit all around and its still a hair loose in my stomach region. But for 35 bucks im happy. Maybe thats the way side entry vests fit, im used to the traditional center zip. Maybe im to picky.
