Not to be sarcastic, but have you thought of wearing a rash guard?

Too check Life Vest designed for Water skiing they generally have large arm openings.

rash guards, then you can still use the cheap 30 dollar neoprene vests from boater's world.

I really like my Jetpilot Flight Side Entry Vest. I think it retails for $69.95. It's not that neoprene crap so it doesnt tear you up and its a side entry so if you slam into the handlepole you don't have buckles slamming into your chest.

I have been wearing slippery pull over vest for a 5 years now. I thing close to $80 after shipping. They are the bese IMO. All my buddys have to wear rash gards or t shirts to keep the vest from rubbing the ski off of their arms but if you just invest in a good jacket once then you don't have that problem. I know a guy that buys a new jacket every year and by mid summer he is wearing a tshirt to keep the rash down... I keep preaching but nobody listens....

I second the vote for a slippery pullover. Ive had one for almost three years now I think, and its never been a problem. The first one I got had a defect, but my second has been great.

I used a slippery matrix for about 5 years. They are great vests, at least they were (I haven't bought a new one in about 3 years). But I've sworn off Slippery products, and finally got a JetPilot side entry. Having used both, the Jetpilot side entry vest is almost identical in comfort/performance to the Slippery pull over.

I loved that pull over, but I must say, getting in and out of the Jetpilot is tons easier.
