I also have OE lightened flywheels done, ready to ship. Sold exchange. Ours are spun balanced to within one gram! Have for most applications, Kawi 650, 750, 800, 1100, Yamaha 650, 61x 701, and 62t 701.

Just to add to this, I do balance all my flywheels. One of my customers just reported that he had the RAD flywheel I fixed for him digitally check for balance and roundness, and he said it was "perfect"...

Huge reliability issue with minimal gain.........not worth it IMO. Seen many of them fail.

Correct we too do NOT recommend drilling ring gears.
